I could not recommend K & M Installs enough. I have used them many times and wouldn’t use anyone else. Great service throughout and good quality products.

Had a few jobs completed by K and M and wouldn't consider any other installers. Kris and the team are easy to deal with, dont apply pressure for sales and their quotes are fully itemised and competitive. They turn up when they say they will, complete the job with quality workmanship and leave the place spotless afterwards.

We had a new composite front door installed and really appreciated the time taken to provide a quote with no hard sell tactics. We actually went to K&M after having to ask another company to leave after they tried to get us to sign on the day with all the 'let me call my supervisor' and 'today only deal' rubbish. K&M provided a quote with no pressure. The price was very reasonable and installation team were friendly and professional, they cleaned up after themselves completely as well.

Fantastic customer service from everyone throughout. We had our new door and window fitted last month and the whole process was very smooth. Kris had patience dealing with us changing our mind on which door style we wanted and his ability to sort fitting the steel out above our door was valuable as it meant we didn't need to organise this independently. Just had first set of windows and doors fitted by K&M, brilliant job. Fitters Pete and Casper were great. Very professional and enjoyed a laugh even though there was hail,rain and gale force winds! They will be back in a couple of weeks to replace some more windows. Would highly recommend this company.

Over the past few months, K and M installs have fitted two composite doors and 3 PVC windows to our property in Prestwich. Great price, good looking, solid products, excellent communication throughout the process, fast, efficient fitting of new items, removal and disposal of the old and they cleaned up too. Cannot fault this firm. We shall be saving up to get the three remaining windows replaced by them too.

This is a great firm who looked after everything from my initial quote to the final window being placed - nothing was too much trouble for them and all my questions were answered - the workmen were polite and always on time and cleaned up after every day - the price was very reasonable and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering installing windows and doors - I had my complete house done and am totally happy that I chose them from the quotes I had from 4 firms.
