The whole experience from initial enquiry through to survey and the install was excellent. The surveyor was very informative offering all available options whilst advising on all current building regs. The written quote was broken down into easy to understand points and designs. The install team were outstanding, they were prompt every morning and incredibly tidy to the point at the end of each day you wouldn’t have known they had been there. Would recommend to anybody interested in their services.

Recently had some windows and patio doors replaced in our house and everything went perfectly. From the initial quotation, the pre-fitting measurement and the actual installation; everyone turned up on time, did a great job and left the work area emaculate. Really happy with the work, which was also significantly (20-25%) cheaper than some of the larger firms that gave us quotations. I don't have a bad word to sat about them.

This was the first time we'd bought windows (and a door) and initially went to two of the national companies for quotes. After a lot of fluff, stress and lengthy sales visits we decided to get a quote from K&M Installs. An absolute breath of fresh air; Kris was quick to get back to us, quick to arrange a consultation visit and measure up, honest with his recommendations and was really good with communication. The price was great and we weren't badgered after the quote. Kris also discussed the style options and showed my partner the booklet (due to work, my partner was the one who dealt with Kris and the fitting guys in person). Unlike the big companies, K&M didn't insist that we were both there for the initial consultation, and my partner said she felt very safe with both Kris and the fitters. The fitting team turned up on time on the agreed date and were friendly, polite and efficient throughout both fitting days. Really impressed that they cleaned up after themselves too - professionals who had respect for our home! As this was our first windows purchase we were incredibly apprehensive about going forward with the purchase and checked lots of little details, which Kris was happy to reassure us about - both before, during and after the fitting. Honest service with excellent quality windows and door, very happy :)

K & M Installs fitted my windows earlier in the year and I was so impressed with their work, how reliable and fantastic they were to deal with, which is why I decided to use them to fit my front door and porch. They did another amazing job and I absolutely love it. They were so very helpful and reassuring with helping me choose. Also they were cheaper than 3 other quotes I got. I would only recommend this company for any windows, doors etc.

Kris and his team have been simply brilliant. During my first visit, Kris showed me a few options as I wasn't sure what I was looking for, and pointed out different options for different budgets. He also showed me a couple of websites where I could superimpose the image of a new door onto a photo of my own house so I could see what it would look like. After deciding to go ahead, Kris and the team kept me informed throughout and even managed to bring my installation date forward a little.
