Ordered some snickers trousers very nice fitting, perhaps the smaller side of my size but still fit. Took about 2 weeks to turn up but I believe it’s because they are ordered from abroad and also with all the covid stuff going on I think added to the time

Waited nearly 2 month for my order and by the time found out what was happening with my order 1 of the items was no longer available. I think it wasn't a problem with workwear nation but a problem with the delivery company. Maybe should think about using a different delivery company. Kind regards

Update - 11.14 / 4 April. Hi Anna, as it was you whom was dealing with me. If the review was read correctly. I stated i agreed and didnt have a problem with delayed orders being dispatched. The problem is you sent me a dispatch email with courier three day tracking when infact the order wasn't actually physically dispatched. It was picked up at the warehouse 'ready for dispatch' and expected delivery Friday 9th April. The error and point am stressing is you have fasely sent a dispatch email when the order wasn't dispatched. Trousers was actually £19.81 not £18, including delivery and taxes £23.20. Please read customer reviews correctly before getting offensive, it shines a light on you when the company doesnt agree with something that simply was a mistake to do on your part (easily fixed) and not the customers. Have a lovely easter. Ordered from here for first time. Accepted the delivery times including possible delays. However when an item states its dispatched. That should be it has been dispatched from them on the way to customer not that it has been picked up and ready for dispatch. I got a dispatch email with courier tracking. Tracking showed on a three day service that was fine and was rather pleased that no delays for the order. However after three/four days passed the courier still didn't recieve the order from this company. I spoke on live chat, got a reply to my first message but none to my second. So i came on here to read reviews and online. Was slightly worried when you read the words scam company on reviews (i dont believe it is nor am i stating it is) however i then emailed them and yes they emailed me back rather quickly confirming the order infact wasnt dispatched directly to me (it is false information sending a dispatch email if the item isnt actually going to be dispatched / delivered for another week). Refund was issued and order cancelled (i didnt request it to be cancelled). Dissappointed with the service due to few easy to fix errors on their part. No one can say they wont shop from a certain place again because you just never know but it is a put off. My two stars is soley for how quick a non requested refund came through (in fairness on this part its alot quicker than other companies).
