Ordered a pair of shorts for me to try on with no pressure to buy if they didt fit. I ordered stuff because their based son stoke bout 1 hour away from me !!!! My order has took 2 weeks to arrive, I could have collected them same day if I new !! And they use Hermes or evri the worst delivery service ever !!!!! Not happy

Ordered 2 new pair of work trousers, 38w 29l. When they arrived, they were 40w 29l. On the invoice that was sent with the trousers stated 40w 29l, when I checked my e-receipt/ purchase order, it says 38w 29l. Don't know if they had run out and sent a size bigger, technical issue or if they were just pulling a fly one. Unfortunately I needed them and had to persevere with them.
