I’ll give 2 stars because the service hasn’t been bad but I sent a parcel back in October and asked for an exchange, spoke over email with a guy to let him know what items I would like to exchange for as the one I originally purchased didn’t fit. Since then I’d not heard anything from them and when I reached out to them I was told my parcel hadn’t arrived so there’s nothing I could do if I didn’t have proof of postage. Understandable but at the same time, there’s no reason for me not to return the item because a) it didn’t fit and b) I was asking for an exchange not my money back so all in all I’m around £120 out of pocket and they claim to never have received my parcel

Delivery times are ridiculous

I ordered 3 Snickers Polo shirts more than 6 weeks ago. I live in Australia, and was expecting delivery to take place at most, within 2 to 3 weeks. I just received my polo shirts, after 6 weeks, which is, way too long to have to wait for delivery to take place. Workwear Nation is a good company, and the late delivery, can be attributed to the courier company, rather than WorkwearNation….✅✅✅
