Received my plants in good condition. A little confused though. I had ordered a variegated string of hearts. I don’t see any variegation though on the plant i received. Will it become apparent as the plant grows? Or could I have received the wrong plant? I’d paid more for both the variegated variety as well as a larger plant.

My succulents arrived in beautiful condition. They were packed carefully and all were healthy and honestly very lovely plants. Everything (except the bonus mystery gift) was identified clearly. I’m very pleased with my order and will order again.

I received the plants that I have ordered and they were all healthy. There was just a little bit of soil spillage but overall the superb packaging helped the plants stayed intact. I'm a happy customer.

The succulents weren't packaged well and arrived with soil all over the place and with bruised leaves. They also weren't nearly as vibrantly colored or lively looking as the pictures on the website.

Plants arrived in perfect condition. I'm converting a large overgrown flower bed into a rock garden and the bulk tray was a perfect way to get started, with lots of different interesting succulents. Many of the succulents also had offshoots which was really awesome!

Everything was packaged very well! Baby plants were super cute and perked up after some water and sunshine. Everything was marked so we knew what was what, and they even included a free succulent! I will absolutely buy from here again!

It took 8 days to receive the box of plants, of the 5 plants I have been able to revive 4 but the white bunny ears is just small dried up and I don't believe it will make it

Plants arrived with nearly all the soil loose in the box, not in the pots. Plants were quite distressed being that most had vary little soil around their roots. A few of the Succulents looked very dehydrated and their leaves were thin and floppy. Luckily they all bounced back after 3-4 days of tlc. More care should be taken to ensure the soil stays in the pots during transit. A little tape or foam or packing peanuts on top of the pots around the plants would have been helpful.

Plants all came well packaged and super healthy! I even received a few that were flowering, which is super exciting. The intro packet that comes with the order is also super helpful - love the plant roadmap on the last page, and all the little tips included throughout for repotting, propagating, etc.
