My order came in a small box filled with soil all over. The Sedum clavatum is out of the pot. Aeonium sunburst leaves were all dying. Leaves have black spots and mushy. There were only few leaves left for me to repot and recover.

This first order I received was perfect. The plants were extraordinary and the variety in the succulents tray included a wide variety of sempervivum and succulents in excellent condition. I am so excited to now see them grow. I find the surprise plants so exciting and when I received them was not disappointed. I will be ordering again.

Definitely 5 star packaging and 5 star customer service, but I had 2 plants get past quality control with bugs. They were kind and quick to respond though and did not hesitate to offer refund, replacement, or store credit. I will be ordering again!

The plants came in good condition, well packed and safe. I thought more of them would be a tad larger, but overall I'm satisfied with the purchase. I haven't seen any new growth yet, but it's only been about 4 days, so it may take a while.

Thanks for the plants. they arrived well and I also liked the mysterious plant as a gift. One comment would be that your 10% discount card is not very useful. Since I do not buy very often, I lose them and never was able to benefit from this even if I paid hundreds of dollar. Could you add the discount to the online account instead? Thanks.

One of my plants arrived dead

Shipped quickly. Nice variety of colors and sizes of sempervivum. I put them in soil right away and watered. A week later, I checked a few of them and they are rooting.

Plants were packed well and arrived earlier than expected.

The 5 Agave 'Blue Glow' came in perfectly packed and healthy. Not one area on any plant was damaged. The directions told me exactly what to do when they arrived and how to care for them until planting.
