I ordered 5 succulents from Mountain Crest Gardens. The shipment arrived on time, however only 2 of the plants had any amount of soil around their roots, and then only a little. Most of the soil had spilled out of the pots into the box and surrounding packing material. I immediately transplanted everything and am waiting to see if they survive. Granted, the shipment was across country, but I think with better packing, the plants would have retained more of their soil and been in better condition.

Plants intact and delivered in a timely matter. A couple of pots were on their side with very little soil in them and the box had a lot of loose soil all over everything due to this but the plants were still in good condition.
