The reason I am giving my experience a 3 is because I was unhappy state of a few of the plants I bought. When you spend the money for these plants to be shipped you want to look a little more alive than the one that was sent me. Not sure it was the distance the package need to go but plants looked like they were half dead. I have done other plant shipments with better luck. Not sure I will buy from here again.

I’m a huge fan of Mountain crest gardens, I watch their YouTube videos all the time! This was my 1st time ever ordering plants online, I usually stick to local nurseries. I paid extra for a heat pack & shipping but my package still arrived late. (I do live in NC on the other side of the country) I do not blame that on the company though. I’m not going to lie all the sempervivums looked pretty rough which was surprising to me. I asked for a replacement and there was no hassle or problem about it. My advice to anyone who lives on the East Coast & plans on purchasing from Mountain Crest… just bite the bullet and pay the extra 25$-30$ to get next day delivery, it sucks believe me I know & not everyone has that kind of money but that’s your best option. I just ordered another package and spent 80$ so I definitely still believe in them!
