I probly shouldn't have ordered during the winter but that's on me. There was a bit of cold damage on the pants that were closest to the outside of the box and one had very little soil or roots left but I do always love a rehab project. Overall the plants are beautiful and fairly healthy

The plants were perfect when they arrived. I ordered three small "string of pearls", they were nice and full and one even had blooms. I will definitely order more plants from Mountain Crest Gardens. I found this company watching Garden Answer on YouTube. So happy I saw that episode.

I received my plant package earlier than expected at quite a cold drop in weather. I was able to attach a heat pack after placing my order. Thankfully all the plants came in intact without any damage. Loving all the plants I purchased and love all the different varieties of aloes available!

I couldn't stop smiling when my package arrived. All of my items were carefully packed. The quality of all the plant babies were superb. Only one of my plants were "damaged", meaning 2 leaves fell off, but honestly, I'm making the most of the fallen leaves, and doing propagation with them. So, to me, it's no harm. I plan to order more soon.

Between the time I placed my order and when it shipped, the temperature in my area dropped significantly (below zero overnight) and I was naturally very concerned about my new little plants! I didn’t need to worry, though, because between the heat pack I added and the wonderful shipping from Mountain Crest, everything arrived happy, healthy, and still in their pots. Would definitely order again!

I ordered on a whim after seeing Laura on Garden Answer do an unboxing. The plants all looked well packaged/no damage and they were interesting varieties. My plants arrived in a timely manner and they were packed just as well as I'd seen on TV. I'll order again when I finish the project I bought these for.

The plants I ordered were well packed and made it to icy Michigan safely and without any damage. There was a bit of loose soil in the bottom of the box but the plants were still in their pots and didn't seem to have any exposed roots. I'll definitely order again--the variety available is great and I'm enjoying adding new colors and shapes to my little indoor garden.

All of my succulents arrived, only one was tethered. But otherwise the experience was great.
