The succulents are beautiful and we’re packed great. No spillage in box. Two plant though has all brown tips(zebra plant)and the dancing bones is very dried out I’m trying to revive but it’s getting worse. Overall I’m happy with the others and will order again

I ordered my plants and delivery was fast! However, my area is cold this time of year so I also ordered a heat pack. Unfortunately, two of my plants froze anyway. When I emailed customer service, they were very prompt and let me pick how I wanted to deal with the situation. I chose store credit since I know I will be ordering again. Even though two of my plants froze despite inserting a heat pack, I am very pleased with the service!

Box arrived earlier than expected. "Surprise" gift succulent was right underneath the box top. Arrived in good shape. All the shredded brown paper under the plant did not give any indication the ordered air plant was in a small paper bag beneath the packing shreds. Had I not taken packing out, I would not have noticed the paper bag with air plant inside. I did not see any indication of packing slip or that there were 2 items shipped. Otherwise, excellent packing, fragile written on tape circling box.

I highly recommend Mountain Crest Gardens. I've gotten everything I ordered, plus adorable freebies. Everything arrived healthy and packed well, ready to be pampered.

Plants were in fantastic shape! I've ordered from other places and they weren't near as good. Only negative is I ordered a heat pack for my plants, but they forgot it, oh well. They shipped fast enough though that they were fine without it! I am impressed with the quality! Will order from here rather than the other place again!

The 6 Haworthia plants I received look nothing like the photos on their website. They are small, pale and dried out. I ordered a heat pack, but I don't think it did any good. Stone cold upon receipt. The plants were advertised as shipping in 2.5" pots, but they didn't have dirt, just bare roots. Not healthy plants. I would not recommend this shop.

My order arrived on time and in great condition. It's winter and I live in Michigan, but the plant was packed nicely and survived the cold. Great company to do business with.

I received my shipment, paid for 2 day delivery and still came 5 days later and 15 to 20 of the plants were damaged because of the cold. Still waiting for acknowledgement of credit.
