food came within a few days as promised, packaging was nicely sealed and packed, good value for the foods i had ordered, however ramen noodles did arrive a little crushed and the shipping was expensive.

I bought a variety of noodles and snacks from here and I was contacted the same day as I placed my order stating that 2 of the items on my order were out of stock so I received replacement products. The order was then shipped and arrived very quickly. Will order from here again.

Ordered a few things and they’re really tasty glad I found somewhere that sells the things I want as it’s been hard to find ! It would be 5 stars but certain things were out of stock but they called me and either said they’d issue a refund or alternative which is nice of them, I just took the alternative. The price of delivery was a bit high for £12.99 but I do understand the charge of frozen items and that I’m far from them so can’t really complain I’ll definitely order from here again just hope some of my favourites will be back in stock soon thank you ! :)

Have repeatedly asked for a refund for my order, no response. I chose 3-5 day shipping and it’s been weeks. Will be getting in touch with my bank for a refund as these people clearly won’t give me one. Ridiculous DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Money went through, no order confimation and ways to fix problems. It just says 'Wrong ZIP code for billing address' AFTER you paid and the money went through.

A friendly helpful company that sent items quickly and well packaged but I won't use them again. Until I emailed them the website wouldn't allow postage at all to my area and then they wanted to send items for £40. Normal postage goes all over the world so i can never understand this crazy prices. Anyway, got it sent by normal post but because of all the emails and time taken bits of my order was unavailable which was very annoying.
