Easy to use website, well packaged and delivered in good time.

Love the company the variety of products are great. However trying to find specific products is difficult. Also alot of the items do not appear sold out till after you buy its very irritating.

Quick delivery and the packaging protected the frozen goods inside.

i haven’t received my parcel from u guys it was says delivered and left . nothing has being left i’ve got a picture proof of the delivery photo of nothing.

Company called me to inform me that the price had changed on an item I had already purchased…. And asked me to pay the difference. This is such bad practice - if you list an item at a price and someone pays it, then you should honour it. Won’t shop here again.

I couldn't get that sauce from anywhere after discovering it in a Vietnamese restaurant. When it arrived I was overjoyed and the flavour is amazing. The best tasting soy sauce by country mile.
