The parts I ordered arrived promptly and were exactly what I ordered. Some were on back order, which I didn't know when I ordered, but they arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I was very happy with Rovers North, especially their expertise and the information available on their website.

I've been a customer and fan of RN since purchasing my first Land Rover in 1998. Even stopped in Westford for a visit in 2002 while on vacation in VT. The technical help and parts availability are fantastic. My one criticism is the lack of in-stock parts for Range Rover Classics.

Two years agoI was stranded on the Dusy-Ershim Trail at 10,000 ft in the Sierra Mountains in California in near freezing rain with an exploded rear drive shaft in my 1994 D90 NAS. I was able to use a satellite phone to contact my wife, who then ordered a replacement to be sent from Rovers North. After I got off the mountain (as a passenger in another vehicle) 4 days later, I found the drive shaft waiting for me at the RV park at the trail entrance. The very next morning, I paid a retrieval expert to ferry me to the D90 install the new drive shaft and all was OK again! Rovers North came through from 3,000 miles away.

The customer service is excellent by both phone and email. I have never had an unpleasant experience and I know to call with any hard questions. The staff's knowledge is unparalleled.

Impressive stock of hard-to-find parts for Land Rover's. Especially small parts, clips, fittings, nuts, bolts, and the million little bit's that are required to restore these vehicles. Great, detailed schematic diagrams to help rebuilding and parts selection. Relatively high prices and not much non-OEM selection for more common parts
