Terrible service! I ordered two panels and glue, they delivered my panels but not the glue. I emailed regarding this matter, they decided to send me a picture of my glue infront of someone else's door and stated it was my front door and told me they can't do anything about it! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING SERVICE! Taking a picture of my undelivered item infront of someone else's door! Terrible!

So thanks for the reply to my previous post. But on Friday 17th when you called me to say 2 of my panels were damaged , you offered alternatives which were not the right colour , which is why I asked for a refund for all panels and did not want the 3 you attempted to deliver , yesterday , the 20th. As again why would I take them and as per our conversation yesterday, why send them . Yesterday you said 3 to 5 working days for a refund and my husband has just rang and you told him up to 10 days. This is ridiculous and as I do a similar job no refund would take up to 10 days. Especially as our bank is a popular high Street name.

I ordered 3 panels, trims and glue just before Christmas and they arrived very promptly. The delivery driver was pleasant and friendly. The panels are a great alternative to tiles and grout that could turn black and look great. I am very pleased with the service, quality and value.

The showers panels are very good quality and well packaged. The delivery seemed to take awhile, but when they did the drive was very pleasant. Will definitely be using them again.
