United Kingdom | 08 January 2025Ordered 250mm x 5 T&G panels for bathroom. Delivery was quick and arrived well packed. Panels were very easy to install using the variety of trims supplied. Unfortunately the only issue was that two of the panels had manufacturing defects resulting in the tongues splintering and making them very difficult to engage in next panel. It would not have been a problem if I had ordered a couple of spare panels.

They have refused us a replacement with multiple excuses saying we are out of timescale for returns, then we have cut it ourselves and then saying we filled it with silicone. None of this is true. We are now without a panel on our wall trying to find a company which have the same so we can finish off our bathroom
