My screen arrived on time and well protected - It was installed well within 2 hours of taking things slowly and carefully - and works like new! This £60 has saved me more than £350 for a new Laptop.

Good product sold at (as far as I can see, a very reasonable price. By being able to get a replacement screen directly I saved over 50% of the cost and 90% of the time involved in having to take my laptop to a repair shop. Easy repair and the new screen is perfectly fine. I found the correct screen pretty easily and it arrived on time (however, see below) and in excellent protective packaging. My one gripe with the website and service is that I was trying to select next day delivery during checkout. However, the website didn't register this as (in the words of the customer service person) the website 'needs time to register changes in delivery options and fully update before proceeding' with checkout. So I ended up with standard delivery and the replacement screen a day later than expected (but only charged for standard carriage). Which was odd. And the person tried to blame my broadband speed (which is quite respectable...) So take your time and double check during checkout!

Excellent website and really useful staff. I needed a replacement screen quickly but ordered just after the next day cut off. I spoke to them and as they had it in stock arranged for it to be sent out that day and it was here by 10:00 the following morning. Would use again.

Ordered the wrong screen, and the customer service was excellent there were no qualms about me returning it and they even supplied the returns label via pdf, so I ordered the correct one and fixed my laptop, whilst waiting to return the wrong one, brilliant company and hopefully I won't need to order any more screens, but I would not hesitate to use this company again

Thanks for a very quick delivery, this was the very first time we have tried something like this, we followed the tutorial on line and it was quite straight forward. Turned on the laptop and the screen was working. Great! Saved us a lot of time and money by doing it ourselves. And we're in our seventies!!!
