Ordered a replacement screen for a Toshiba Satellite Z930 yesterday (website showed 1 in stock). Didn't get an email confirmation of the order, but my account (newly created) showed the order as 'in process'. This morning I got a PayPal refund notice, and a 'do-not-reply' email from LaptopScreen.co.uk saying my order could not be fulfilled because the screen failed the pre-dispatch quality check. Good not to be sent a duff screen, and to get a quick refund, but not particularly happy with the waste of time involved. I was intending to send this grumble direct to LaptopScreen.co.uk, but as I couldn't find an easy way of emailing them, I decided to write in the form of a review. I won't be hurrying back to order anything from them.

Site easy to use, loads of info on how to replace and what to order. Screen arrived promptly and safely packaged. Screen quickly replaced, returning laptop to happy Uni student use. More than happy to recommend to other prospective customers.

The laptop screen was very neatly packed, which means the company really takes care of the product. The screen was the right one so there was no problems. it is fitted and working. so my family member should be happy about that. Overall good job all round.

Shipping to Zimbabwe was possible but a lot of hustles and extreme additional cost due to shipping company ups. Screen eventual arrive safe n in working condition. The screen was new and well parkaged. Was able to install the screen but at the bottom there is something light bleeding that i did not understand, i think its the glue i left on the bazzel lid that may be pinching the screen. So far so good am satisfied

I ordered a screen from this company and one duly arrived in good time and at a reasonable price. However there was a 'hot pixel' issue which would have been ok if it hadn't have been in the middle of the screen almost. I messaged the company and they immediately swung into action: They sent me a label via email to return it, and once I had provided proof of postage of the returned screen they sent another one to me which arrived within 2 days. The customer service contact was excellent and i was informed the whole time as to what was happening. Would I deal with this company again after this experience? ABSOLUTELY I WOULD!

Service Excellent. However it would have been helpful to have link to instructions for changing the screen. Dell instructions called for far more dismantling than was necessary.

Hi. I had to replace a digitiser screen on my 11.6 asus vivobook and had a good look at availability in the market place. You can buy chinese imports from Amazon and ebay from £12.00 upwards but there is no guarantee these will work and many repair companies will not buy or fit these products for you. Fortunately I came across this company who supply authentic parts so I ordered my screen replacement from them which has now arrived and been fitted. I am delighted with it and would advise anybody in a similar situation to me to invest a bit more money and buy an authentic screen from this company. I've asked a test before shipping for 0 default pixel. But I've receveid screen with 1 pixel dead. Laptoscreen just tell me to use a online soft to resolve problem ... but it was usless.. dead pixel is alway on the screen..
