I discovered this site by accident and duly ordered a replacement laptop for my Toshiba satellite. It arrived very quickly and was well packaged and as described. I found it quite easy (I am 68) to take out the old and replace the new screen and it works perfectly!! Only trouble I had was with the tiny screws that hold the screen onto the metal frame but that was down to me not having a magnetic screwdriver!! But very pleased and would recommend.

Finding my replacement screen was very easy using the onsite search facility. The price was good ( I could not find better from reputable sites). Checkout/payment was as one would expect these days. After sustaining a blank section up the centre of my screen which became progressively worse, I checked with a professional repair company and was quoted £75 for supply and fit. I then found LaptopScreen.co.uk on the web and contacted them by chat line to discuss my requirements ( there are a couple of variatons for my model) . The advisor was extremely helpful and offered advice, as a result I ordered and recieved the screen a day later. Although dubious about my skills at first, I found it straightforward-unclip the trim and remove 4 smalls screws and the 30 pin connector. After replacing the screws and trim, I powered up the laptop and the result was perfection. I saved around £30 by using D.I.Y and the quality is brilliant.I thoroughly recommend the company and the service and prices offered. There is certainly no need to worry about changing the screen yourself on this model.

I didn't receive the screen as specified so I need to wait longer and make some calls because the delivery service left a note that couldn't have been tracked. The screen by the way was good value and fitted well.

Excellent service highly recommended. The first screen arrived damaged contacted company, followed instructions to raise support ticket and uploaded photos of damage and 2 days later a new screen arrived in perfect condition.
