Having broken my original gloss screen I found this company online and ordered a replacement, due to frequently using the laptop in a conservatory, I ordered the matt Screen. It arrived quickly and well packaged and is working better for my needs than the original as the matt finish doesn't reflect like a mirror. The tutorials on how to fit a new Laptop screen were also very good, it took less than 10 minutes to fit and have the Laptop up and running again, I would recommend this company to others, I would use LaptopScrren.co.uk again if the need arises Thank you

Service was great , fast however they sent me the wrong screen, which needed to be posted back to them. We were expected to cover the cost of postage and to post ourselves a collection service would have been better, or at least a credit for the cost of sending it back recorded and insured due to there error. Other than that great , saved some money as pricing is great and delivery times are also great.

I was surprised at how easy and affordable it was to replace my laptop screen. The screen supplied is clearer that the original that got broken, so I am over the moon about the new lease of life this has given my laptop.

They're honestly easier to replace yourself than I imagined. Just make sure you get the right screen - this was as easy as finding the model number for my laptop - and there are plenty of instructional videos on YouTube. Easy to adapt them fit the slight differences in laptops... Easy purchasing. Prompt dispatch of product. :-)

Easy to find the screen using the model number. I found it easy to install the screen. Fast delivery and a good price. I paid half the price to fix the screen by ordering from laptopscreen.co.uk than I would have if I had taken it to a shop. Well worth the money and computer is like new again. Have an HP dv6 Pavillion laptop with cracked screen. Searched for the HP part replacement code on the website. Found match to what I wanted. Ordered and paid at 3PM the screen arrived next day at 10AM. Screen looked slightly different to the one ordered so I raised ticket to check that it would be ok to install. Reply within an hour or two to say it was fine to go ahead and install it. All installed and working within 24 hours of ordering. Very pleased would recommend.

Ordered a replacement screen from this supplier and unfortunately the item arrived damaged. Despite fairly positive communications with Customer Service, a refund was refused (no offer of a replacement item, which is all I wanted) but bizarrely offered a £10 discount voucher of my next order... Not sure if they grasp the theory behind 'returning customers'? I won't be buying anything else from them and have initiated a Paypal dispute. (If that doesn't prompt a resolution, or a refund, I will claim on my Credit Card) Overall, not the experience I expected or deserved.
