My daughter's 17 inch Vaio laptop screen was cracked - I expected it to cost hundreds of pounds to fix, that the repair firm would take their time fixing it so she was without a laptop for weeks, etc. But I decide to see if I could do it myself - I just ordered the replacement screen from these guys and it arrived quickly, was easy to install and works perfectly. There are several youtube videos that show how to replace the part. Very few tools are needed.

Ordered genuine Dell-display HD+ for upgrade to 1600x900 despite many shops do not recommend this action! Got a Dual-channel displaycable (required for HD+) from another shop. But display delivery took 10 days from ordering to Denmark?! Well,,,, it was all waiting-time worth! VERY carefully solid packed, and originally LG-Philips panel inside (when i got it opened!) After replacement - a SUPERbright and crispyclear wider look was what i got :-) PS: The display type-modelnr. was not found by laptopscreen because of the upgrade, but investigation on the internet told me to switch to the DPN GJ494 display... Good work. Good trader. Will definitely order again - and recommend to other :-) One * missing because of delay.

Fast delivery, received correct screen, screen came packaged in heaps of bubble wrap and packaging so it was safe - can't ask for much more. Only suggestion I would have would be to include the repair kit in the packing, as most companies already do. They charge £16 or something like that for their repair kit, I bought one from eBay for £4. However, it was cheaper than most other laptop replacement companies, so I can't really complain.
