Parcel has still not arrived. APC delivery company said it would be delivered on Tuesday but then rearranged for Wednesday. This continued all week and it’s now Sunday and still not received it

Paid for next day delivery. Didn't turn up the next day with a courier problem. Was offered the difference in cost between next day delivery and the standard 2 to 3 day delivery charge. £1 refund for the inconvenience. Have got the product elsewhere. So I cancelled the order and now I have to wait until they recieve their own goods back. The courier has them!! Awful customer service!!
