Great range of available products, easy to use and navigate site. The order was dispatched promptly and no delivery issues whatsoever. I do feel that the P+P was a little steep especially as the products are not the cheapest. I would definitely recommend this company though for all around experience.

EDIT. Thank you to Nick Hanson for contacting me to resolve the issues we had after writing my review and his professionalism in resolving my complaint. Its just a shame I did not deal with Nick when I first contacted The Tilers Hub with our complaint. If I had dealt with Nick in the first place there would have been no need for me to write such a negative review. Nick is clearly a great asset to The Tilers Hub. I have now amended our review to 3 stars which I think is fair considering the problems we had in the first place. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE USING THE TILERS HUB. I ordered 8 bags of tiles adhesive. The adhesive that was delivered was not what we ordered and one bag had been opened with lots of adhesive missing and taped up! When we phoned up to complain we were told we would have to pay a carriage charge to return the goods that were clearly not what we had ordered. If only it was possible to give less than 1 star.
