The ordering process was quick and simple with next day delivery paid for. The following day only two items out of the three were delivered! The main item Jackoboards were missing. I contacted the office and got a reasonably quick follow up call to say that APC the delivery company for whatever reason had split the delivery and I wouldn't get the rest of the order until tomorrow! I pointed out that I had paid for next day delivery so they said they would refund that cost (Still waiting for that to appear). The remaining items were delivered the following day by the same driver in the same van which points to inefficiency loading the van rather than splitting the order, there were only 7 boards so unlikely to cause a capacity issue! Had to postpone the tiler as I couldn't now guarantee I would have the floor ready. Yes, I shouldn't have left it so late to order and it's not The Tilers Hub fault directly but still gave me a week delay in the project PS. Good response now got refund.

Informed me that the product was a different brand but was exactly like the item we ordered.Yes it used for the same thing as the original brand but it’s nothing like the original brand.The original brand is a lot thicker and thats why we choose that brand.We know in the future not to buy this brand again.It will do the job we want it to but we don’t like it.
