The Medical Emergencies and CPR Training, provided by Rachel Vosper, was a really worthwhile investment of our time. The content and the pace were excellent and she was able to introduce credible scenarios with which to work. Thank you - we will be looking to you again for this training next year.

I had an issue with my credit account which started to get really frustrating. I then got into contact with Baileigh who was so helpful with getting my issue sorted in a timely manner with excellent communication. The only thing that could be improved is the IT side of things as this is the second time I had issue when ordering something and it going to an error page after payment and the order not being put through and also somethings that are in stock on the website is not actually in stock resulting in me phoning every few weeks to see if it’s actually in stock.

Sharon was unbelievably helpful in helping me to sort an issue that dental directory failed to resolve for three months. I just kept being passed from person to person in different teams. As soon as Sharon starting dealing with the matter she stayed in continual contact with me on her progress and resolved it within a week. Fantastic at her job and I can honestly say it is only because of Sharon I shall continue to order from DD.

‘We had Michelle Rose from the DD Group here on Wednesday to teach Basic Life Support & Medical Emergencies and once again we received a very high standard of training. For many years we have used DD as a provider for our training needs and have always been impressed with the trainer's professionalism and ability to engage staff in what can be rather repetitive subject matter. We especially love Michelle's anecdotes which make the sessions fun! and would highly recommend.

I have been using this company for many years I must say one person that must be rewarded for her excellent customer care service and must not be unnoticed is Sam Ryan. If I ever have any queries and issues it can be to do with anything even if it is not Sam's department she will go beyond her care and service try to resolve this for me. Me and my practice are so pleased to seek help advise and renew our servicing contracts every year with Sam she always makes me not wanting to put the phone down because of her excellent communication skills. Thank you Sam resolving any issues in the past promptly for me and I hope your hard work will be rewarded in the end .

Every year we have our CPR training with DD and have been very lucky to have had Wendy as our trainer on many occasions she is absolutely brilliant so informative yet straight to the point and doesn’t make it complicated. I have never seen the team engage so much as they do with Wendy to where they always ask if we can request her on our next CPR training. Such a lovely lady and a credit to DD. We had medical emergency, BLS and Fire Marshal with Wendy last week. Wendy is just amazing!! All the staff here love having her come in for the training she makes is fun, enjoyable and educational. Couldn't think of a better trainer to do our training! Thank you so much Wendy!!!!

This is the second time we’ve had Sam Paterson come to do our training and I hope we can continue to have her as she is absolutely fantastic! She was so informative, professional, helpful, polite and no question went unanswered. Sam certainly knows her stuff and is an assist to her company. The company was not doing well, but Sharon (in delivery enquiries) has been particularly helpful to me in sorting out the account problems I was having. This account problem had been going on since Nov 22 and I had made many previous phone calls without success but she was very good.

We had Basic Life Support, Medical Emergencies & Infection Prevention Control training this week with Michelle Rose. As we are such a large practice Michelle did us in 2 groups over 2 days. Absolutely fantastic, she made the day go so quickly. Thankyou!

Sarah came to do our training for medical emergencies, BLS and Cross infection control. she was amazing! Really knew her stuff, the course was very informative and interactive.
