We had Basic Life Support, AED and Medical Emergencies training with Michelle Rose on 4th July. Michelle does our training with us every year and it is always a joy! She keeps the training relevant and makes a special effort to ensure new members of staff understand what we cover. She fits in like a member of the team and we always look forward to seeing her!

Had a lunch and learn with Lee - the learning was focused around costs to business. This was a great way to help staff understand the costs of stock and why we have stock control policies and protocols to follow! Staff found it really insightful, thanks Lee!

On 21June 22 we had our Basic Life Support AED and Medical Emergencies training with Michelle Rose from the DD group. Just had our annual cpr session today with Sam. I must say that she has transformed what is usually a routine lesson into a fun experience. She covered all the required topics and enriched them with many personal anecdotes that made everything more interesting. Would definitely recommend.

Had some issues recently with faulty hosework in a Belmont chair. Spoke with James McVey who guided me through the potential issue and ways to rectify in a very professional and friendly manner. He was extremely patient, and took the time to explain all the necessary steps. The problem was fixed quickly and efficiently and it was a pleasure to deal with a James.
