We had our Basic Life Support & Medical Emergencies Training with Sarah Lane from DD yesterday and she is an excellent presenter. Sarah was happy to take any questions and hold a discussion with the group. Looking forward to the next training.

We had our COSHH, IPC, Legionella and Fire Marshall Training with Sarah Lane from DD today and she is an excellent presenter. Sarah was happy to take questions and hold an interactive discussion with the group.

A few hiccups in terms of deliveries and issues with my order, however Bailey who works in customer service has been fantastic. It's great because each time I call DD group, it seems to be Bailey dealing with my queries, so it's great to establish a rapport within a large company such as DD group. Bailey really goes above and beyond, I was having issues with delivery of items which in turn would have affected patient care. I would have had to cancel multiple patients however Bailey was able to secure an earlier delivery date for me and also kept me informed with regular updates too. Keep up the amazing work!

Our practice had some CPR training with Rachel & Helen & they were both excellent. Everyone enjoyed the session & said how lovely they both were & made everything easy to understand.

We recently had Sarah from DD over for our BLS and medical emergency training. Literally was the best training session ever! Sarah was very knowledgeable but didn't bombard us with information overload, she broke it down and explained everything so well. The training was very easy to digest and all team members were able to explain what they learnt in a lot of detail. We were so impressed that we requested Sarah to come back and train us for our fire Marshall training, unfortunately she is unavailable, but we are confident with DD and are rest assured that whoever comes over next time will not disappoint us either. Thank you for an amazing session!

Rachel has just visited our practice to update us on our cross-infection control and our fire safety. She made dry topics interesting and relevant to us and she was very well-informed with a lovely manner. I was impressed that she remembered all our names too.

We had our BLS and medical emergencies course carried out by Sarah yesterday and she was brilliant! She was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that the team had in good detail for everyone to understand. She was professional and made the course really enjoyable for the whole team. We would really love to have her back for our other training sessions.

We recently had Sarah come to our practice to deliver our refresher course for CPR. Sarah was brilliant, she had the whole team engaged and delivered the training in a way that was understandable and memorable. the whole team commented how this is the best training we have received to date.

Yesterday I attended CPR and Medical Emergencies course which was conducted by Rachel Vosper. Good quality course, well structured and organised efficiently. We went through all the necessary details without any time loss.
