I accepted that maybe delivery might not have been possible on stated delivery date however it became very tedious after three phone calls and waiting in for 3 days expecting it to arrive.its a good job that i am weekend builder and didnt have contractors waiting for the particular lintel I ordered.to be fair to staff at condell I believe they did all they could to resolve the situation which I believe was the inability off the regional supplier to complete the delivery.

condell failed to deliver the items ordered at the begining but finally got them two days later-thank you Matt. Next order was delivered on time and the person I spoke to was very kind and helpful

In-stock materials arrived next day. They called immediately to let me know about a few of the out-of-stock items but had them to me within a few days.

Great service

Despite excellent prices and very helpful staff I have been let down by third party deliveries. An obviously damaged lintel was not replaced immediately. A promise was made for 7 days later by the third party but nothing turned up. So Condell's is an excellent company but let by others which is a shame. Having said all this I will definitely order again and try and give a 5* rating which they probably deserve.

Ordered some 10x10cm lintels - which they had trouble finding, but they did so and kept me informed the whole way through. I'd recommend them.

Delivered a day late and lost all record of the special instructions I placed with my web order in spite phoning on the desired day of delivery to tell me that they couldn'ty but that they did have the special instructions. Then they delivered earlier than I wanted them to. The product itself was completely as ordered so I can't fault them on that

Although out of stock phoned me on day of order with a delivey in 6 days and deliverd on that date.

Good products and with a dly as promised

There was a problem with local stock levels of my item but I was contacted promptly and a new deleivery date ( just a few days later) was agreed with me.

Having ordered from condel multiple times now and spoken to members of their team over the phone, i can say i am very pleased with the quality fo service and professionalism that condell delivers.
