United Kingdom | 14 December 2011Both items arrived on the day specified. The timber and the insulation had obviously been stored outside since both were very wet. The tanalised timber was absolutely dripping so I had to wait several days before installing my studding. The poly wrapper on the cavity insulation was also wet, which would not have been a problem if the covering had been intact. Several of the bags were either open at one end or had splits, which had let in the rain. Once again I had to wait some time before I could use the product.
