They were very professional and responsive and really helped to decrease our stress levels from day one. Having someone on your side is super valuable, Morgan Clark advised of a number of things to be aware of that we could also claim, which we may not have thought about if we went directly through the loss adjustor. I can highly recommend them for anyone facing a similarly large and complex insurance claim.

Expertise and experience at such a stressful time with huge implications financially and emotionally was invaluable. I would have felt totally out of my depth and unconfident challenging any decisions an insurance company would have suggested if I had gone alone into this process. I think it would have been hugely challenging to take this onboard and potentially very costly if I had rushed decision making. Representatives from Morgan Clark were calm and thorough and great to have "in my corner". I felt well represented throughout.

It took nearly 10 months to repair the damage due in large part to procrastination and incompetence by the insurance company and their loss adjuster. Throughout a long and stressful saga Morgan Clark provided valuable support and advice promptly.

Robert has visited us following day explained all the process of a claim from insurance company and renovation of the house which saved us loads of stress and worries as we have not had a clue what to do next. Pino was dealing with our claim and did a great job by chasing up the insurance company which tried to buy some time and drag the process. He kept us well informed with his assistant Sarah and let us get on with our live without worring about a single thing. They had managed exceptionally well the claim and renovation works which exceeded our expectations. United Kingdom | 25 October 2022I have nothing bad to say about Morgan Clarke (MC), and working with them, everything was good. Had a very unpleasant fire experience, not nice, place was a mess, phoned up MC, and within a few hours (hours, not days), one of their team was in attendance. Looked around, said that, “this is what they do”, and from there on in, they took over all the work, secured temporary works the same day. I could not have done that. Went through the contract procedure, it was all fair, no tricks, no secret clauses, their team was open and explained everything. I didn’t even have to deal with the Insurance Company, save the very first phone call to, “give authority”, for MC to talk to them and take over the claim. The claim and repair works went as quickly as it was possible. Having only one point of contact was not nice, it was brilliant. We had a chap called David Lawson. Single point of contact, and would always get back to you, if you emailed, he emailed back, if you phoned, either he answered or someone else did. This is important, if David was not in, someone, probably his secretarial team (mostly Natalie Young) would answer and tell me either where he was, or would answer my query herself, or explain when David would be back. David would then phone when he said he would phone and email when he said he would email. That’s worth something. The complete claim went virtually without hitch, there are always bumps in the road with an Insurance Claim, but MC certainly took the lead and ironed out the bumps. Like I said, I have nothing bad to say. The claim was settled, I obtained all that I expected to attain, no more, no less. I cannot recommend MC enough, if I’m in need of a serious claim again, they will be my first port of call.

Helped and kept informed from start to finish, no worries or stress about cost's or quotes or the insurance company taking pee out of me. Totally taken out of our hands. Highly recommended I could not of dealt with an insurance company like they did. They definitely know what they are doing.

Martin and his secretary Sarah dealt directly with our insurance company to ensure the work/repairs to our home where to our standard, they both ensured we received the correct compensation from the insurance company and would listen to any concerns we had and direct them back to the insurance company as needed. Our main communication was via email (at our request) and everything was always explained very well, however they were both quick to answer/return any calls as needed. I cannot recommend this company but especially Martin& Sarah enough, they kept the process running as smoothly as possible and it was reassuring to know they were there supporting us. We are now back in our home.

Our assessor Pino Musso was absolutely amazing, came out to see us when needed, was alway at the end of phone if I had any questions. He kept us informed at every stage with what was happening with our insurance claim by regular emails. Chased the insurance company all the time until settlement. Had never heard of using an external assessor previously but he helped every step of the way. I couldn’t have managed the outcome of our claim without the help of Pino and team. For 9 months of closure they came back to me with a settlement of £200. As I was unhappy with this I contacted Morgan Clark to represent me in this matter. My claim was dealt with by Tony Clark. He was friendly, professional and kept me updated every step of the way, with honest feedback based upon my policy wording and what is achievable. In the end Tony managed to get me a final settlement of almost 100x my original settlement offer. I will be forever grateful to him/them for their work and wouldn’t hesitate to use Morgan Clark again if a situation arises. Thank you so much!

United Kingdom | 25 April 2022We found ourselves in a position of having to make a claim, a loss adjuster attended from the insurers with an offer being made shortly afterwards. Being a loss adjuster myself, I knew this offer was a fraction of what the claim amounted too. Due to not having the time to manage the claim myself or argue with insurers, we approached Martin Chapman from Morgan Clarke to ask for his assistance. After taking the claim on, I am happy to report that the claim was dealt with successfully utilising Morgan Clarkes contractors and suppliers, this saved so much of my time with the claim being concluded fairly and quickly. Hopefully I won't find myself in that position again but if I do, my first call will be to Morgan Clarke.

Rob Godlonton contacted us and explained what help Morgan Clark could provide us in getting the claim approved and re-furb completed. We were a bit sceptical at first, but after doing some research and DD, we agreed to sign up. Martin Chapman took on the case. His knowledge if the insurance industry and how it works is great, and with Sarah, his assistant, their organisational skills were exemplary, and made the whole procedure from claim to reinstatement painless. The team at Morgan Clark were easy to contact and responded to emails and phone calls in a prompt timely manner. I would not hesitate in using them again or recommending them in the future. Nathan was not pushy and was patient and respectful, we signed up and Martin Chapman took our case, What a blessing, his organisation skills and knowledge are second to none, his assistant Sarah was excellent, friendly and efficient.
