I was a little dubious about using a loss assessor - I'm good with a spreadsheet and can argue a case well. However, insurance companies are known to be less than fair in settling claims so I asked Morgan Clark for help. I'm so glad I did. I worked out that we were due £35k. After asking for accounts going back years the insurance company came back with an offer of £8k. We were never going to accept that - Morgan Clark managed to get a settlement of £54k - that covered their bill, and made me happy!

Morgan Clark were able to offer us assistance and assurance during a very difficult time when a tenant suffered major fire damage. I found this company online. I contacted them regarding a leak underneath the kitchen sink area. I was asked to describe the damage which I did (albeit briefly) and was advised that as the claim appears to be below £20,000 it was too small for their company. No further information such as images or videos was requested. The free consultation lasted 3 minutes! Perhaps the company should clarify their minimum claim criterion on the website and make clear that the free consultation is a business development opportunity which will be cut very short if the claim isn’t worth their time. Very dissapointed. No value add whatsoever.
