United States | 25 May 2024The item quality wasn't what I expected. The first time I inserted a poster into the frame and closed it, the frame split halfway across. I ordered 2. Didn't even open the other one. I'd used another type years ago and it was larger, heavier, and more durable. Will look for something like that in the future.

I purchased an Emergency Response Kit magnet to indicate where the kit will be stored in my office. There were two options and also size options. I have not ordered from this site before or have I received my product yet.

I reached out in chat, but by the time they responded, I has already finished my new order. I like the product, so I came back.

United States | 18 April 2024I was trying to pay with my credit card and it kept declining it. I have no issues with my credit card. I even called my bank. I tried maybe three or four times and every time it would say declined the only way I was able to make the payment was using my PayPal account, which I did not want to do so for that reason I give it a one star.
