We ordered a custom ordered sign so we could put our number on it along with several other signs. The custom ordered sign had wrong number. We contacted them and they corrected it immediately and sent out a new one. We are happy with the signs and service.

Ordered several signs on June 29 and paid for 2 day delivery. 7 days later, no signs. Received call after emailing complaint. Stating the 2 day shipping occurs following a 2-3 day lead time for the signs. Would be nice if they put that on their website. Caller said signs being shipped on Thursday, July 2 and I would receive Monday, July 6. It is July 6 and signs have not shipped yet. Very poor customer service.

Absolutely horrible customer service & shipping times. 2 weeks and we still can not get a tracking number or info on an order for one standard sign. Maybe we will get it by August???

Well, the website is misleading when it offers faster shipping options (I paid an extra $27 for 2-day shipping) yet after a couple days of waiting I called and was told everything is made to order....I waited it out another several days, and called again....my order hadn’t gone to production yet and they offered to cancel my order (I had run out of time). And now, a week and a third phone call later, I still haven’t received my $600+ refund. In the meantime, I ordered my signs elsewhere and they’re posted! Dealing with this company has cost a lot of time...and continues to.

I was not satisfied with my product at all.. when I received it, it was so folded up I had to lay it out for 3 days with heavy objects to flattten it out, then i got a magnetic sign and it doesn't even stick

(Update: Received the sign and it was a quality product. The company is reimbursing my 2-day shipping fee.) Paid for 2 day delivery of a sign on 6/23/2020 and still have not received the sign as of 7/1/2020. Called about a refund on the $25.00 second day charge and the lady I spoke to said she would check on it and call me back, that was on 6/29/2020 and still have not received a call back.

They came on time and where just what I expected.

web site said nothing about "made to order". we ordered based on our need for Next day .We paid for Next day air shipping but still haven't received product after a week. web site could have been updated with info about production being moved from one site to another. We wouldn't have made the choice to shop this site had we known. I feel taken advantage of. I have no choice but to wait for the product and I am very unhappy with this experience. I think you should at least compensate for the shipping charges.

Your website is not intuitive. If you set up a new account, you should complete all billing address at that time. Too many calls to your support staff. What a waste of time by both parties.

Aside from the site being user-friendly, I like all of the various sizes and materials and I thought that the prices were reasonable. **UPDATE: I had reached out to the email address provided and they were very proactive in giving me tracking information right up until they were delivered to my home. I also wanted to provide an update that these signs are absolutely beautiful. They are even better than my expectations, well-made, and packaged beautifully . If I ever need signs again, this will be the place I go. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
