Haven’t heard a thing for 10 days. Not impressed.

It was easy to find a sign and order.

Ran into an issue with an online order where a desired shipping method and payment was requested but upon selecting did not prompt for account entry. On the purchase side it appeared as if the order was fully processed whereas it was caught in a pending status due to the incomplete information. I was contacted proactively and timely by Customer Service to resolve. Simple, effective communication and resolution.

DO NOT USE!!! SCAM FRAUD ALERT! You submit your order they take the money out right away but then they say the order never went through !! LIES LIES and customer service is horrible via email, chat and can’t even get them on the phone! I will complain to consumer affair for doing such horrible business. I can’t believe Amazon affiliated with these thieves! 1-22-2025: Update Gerry Bishop customer service supervisor reached out to me and offered to send me my order at no charge due to what happened with Amazon. He was very nice and made the situation better, I would recommend but do not use your amazon card. I'm changing my review to 3 stars

Amazon Pay charged me but did not complete the order. I had to place a second order directly and will now try to getthe Amazon Pay charge removed

Ordered before Christmas... still waiting for delivery as of 1-6-25.

I chose over $1000. in signs and they were in my cart. I went to get my credit card and ALL of the signs were deleted. I was so aggravated I just shut off the computer. It took me a lot of time to get everything we needed. So, the next day I went back on to reorder the items and I could not find any of the previous signs. Either the signs were not on there or they were missing the photo/graphic on them. I need these signs, but I probably will not go back to this site again. I only spent $800. not getting all I needed because I was so aggitated.

Website order arrival time does not consider shipping time and only takes into account the order prep time. Very misleading- glad I called a day later to verify order arrival time, and found out that website estimate given when placing order was way off

When I order something direct from a distributor and pay extra to get it in two days, that's what I expect. It took your company two days to fill my order. I needed the signs in place TODAY.
