So George is a customer services agent I was always fortunate to speak to. To put you in the picture, I have been waiting on my car being delivered for a while now (over 4 months and still counting!!). Now this I am certain, is outwith Zen's control and more the manufacturer, so I have no criticisms of Zen Auto. The delay has made it necessary of course, for me to chase up Zen for updates/understanding as to the status of the car..and I really have to say George was outstanding in his communications with me. He really goes the extra mile to ensure all your queries or concerns are addressed, and that you feel valued. A very pleasant, diligent, empathetic and professional advisor. Highly recommend him! Thank you George.

I'm staying with Zen Auto for my new lease. They are always very helpful and responsive whether by phone or email. It's a good deal when renewing and it's been easy to do. I do think the rentals process could be a little slicker, for example, getting a quote online that includes the renewal discounts would be helpful rather than having to get quotes via email.

Fair price. Good communication from first enquiry to ordering car. Online site for completing the order myself was straight forward. I have not yet received the car so only basing my review on the initial order. Will update once I receive my car.

Zen enabled me to set up and commence a lease on a stock vehicle at an acceptable price, with ease and care on their behalf. They laid out the process pathway clearly and were very responsive to queries and questions. They informed me what was happening and why, and provided everything I needed! The only sight niggle was that i had to wait for the full 14 day credit cooling off period before delivery was arranged, even through the vehicle was available.

Been leasing with ZenAuto for just over a year. Everything was done online, it was really easy and delivery within 4 weeks. We opted for maintenance and we've just used the ZenAuto service booking over the phone. Car collected, serviced, washed and dropped off without lifting a finger! Customer service has been great throughout!! Would recommend to anyone!

What ever you do do not use this company very poor and unhelpful customer service leased a car off them and the sunroof exploded when parked there response claim off your insurance and pay for it yourself then resently the car had major faults to the engine just two weeks before the warranty run out there response was were not going to help you pay for the repairs yourself absolutely unhelpful and un caring

I wanted to give a particular shoutout to George in the customer care team who’s helped me as I’ve been dealing with my rather awkward insurance company! He’s been so helpful whilst they’ve been frustrating! He ended up doing a bespoke letter for me that seemed to rectify the issue. Thanks so much George!

I spoke with the wonderful Abi who took my case on. Throughout the whole process she kept in touch with me and chased up the dealer for a part I had been waiting 9 months for. Efficient and friendly service from first call to contract. Whole process was made easy by knowledgeable staff who explained everything step by step. Quick to respond to emails and calls. Riz was super efficient and helpful. My second car with Zen. Great service and all round experience.

The whole experience of dealing with Zenauto from my first point of enquiry to ordering the vehicle was stressfree. The regular emails keeping me updated were helpful. I usually read reviews with a pinch of salt and very rarely write one. I have to say that from my first contact with Zen to the delivery of my car the team at Zen have been absolutely brilliant; polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They have met all the deadlines that they said they would and have kept me up to date at every stage of the process. Like I said, Brilliant.

Struggled at first to book the car for a service which I'd paid for as part of my monthly payment. Once I had lodged a complaint customer service got involved and were excellent at solving my issue with great communication. It's a shame it took me to complain as I have had a zen lease car for nearly 4 years with no problems.

Fantastic customer service from Zen Auto all the way through my lease. Abi at Zen Auto particularly was super helpful when I needed a letter from them for a PCP deal I had gone with instead of a lease. She actioned it within 10 minutes of speaking to her and was so nice to deal with. I would absolutely come here when I choose to lease again, highly recommend!

The website is easy to navigate and experience was seamless. I’ve completed the whole process on a phone on a day with easy and straightforward steps.
