I've now had my private lease vehicle for a few days and so far the experience with Zen has been excellent. The ordering process was exceptionally easy via the website, with staff offering help and info when requested over both email and telephone. The delivery estimate (8-12 weeks) was spot on, my initial query was at the end of May, the vehicle was delivered 10 weeks later. I cant comment on more long term interactions, but from initial enquiries through to delivery Zen have excelled.

My experience with ZenAuto so far has been fantastic. The whole process has been quick and easy. My initial enquiry was picked up by Rizwaan- who was amazing, helping me with quotes and giving me all the information I needed. I asked him loads of questions and he answered every one promptly and professionally- nothing was too much trouble. I’ve now placed my order to lease a car and should have it delivered in a few weeks. Excellent service!

These guys are literally the best company I’ve ever dealt with. After a really bad accident they went out their way to ensure I was ok, after my insurance sorted out the payment to settle the agreement Zen called today to refund me the overpayment and ensured I had the funds immediately. I've had a very good experience leasing a car via ZenAuto. From the very first phone call, to ordering the car, E-signing the agreement, the car arriving early and the effortless arrangement of the delivery along with aftersales assistance. Every single team member I've interacted with have been excellent, any queries are answered and dealt with promptly. Will be recommending Zen to others, and I hope to use them again myself in a couple of years time.

We have nothing but praise for Zen Auto (so far - we haven't got the car yet!) The whole process of organising the return our current lease car through to arranging our new lease car has been very straightforward and explained very clearly. Any contact with Zen Auto has been excellent - phone calls and emails are promptly answered, the application forms are explained well, and very easy to complete. A big shout out to Riz Moghal who has been fantastic in guiding us through the whole process.

Competitive prices, great personal service, wide variety of cars, easy to use. Informed and friendly staff. Got a new car, so I did have to wait a good 12 weeks for delivery due to the World's economics. Unfortunately delivery was delayed by another week. However, ZenAuto proptly got a hire car rented and paid for, so I wouldn't be inconvenienced for the week in which I should have had the car.

Dealing with Zen auto has been a genuine pleasure. One person that stands out a mile is Tom Johnson, what an asset to the company he is. My car was originally ordered with a 6-8 week lead time but didn't arrive until 22 months later! This was due to situations going on around the world and was completely out of Zen Auto's control. Tom helped me from the beginning in ensuring I always had a car for me and my family to use. Nothing was ever too much bother and he genuinely couldn't have done anymore to keep me reassured & up to date with the status of my order. I have and will continue to recommend Zen Auto to my family and friends. I couldn't recommenced them more.

Just going through the process of leasing my second car with ZenAuto, the process is super straightforward and easy. Everyone I’ve spoken to wether it’s online chat or over the phone has been extremely helpful and pleasant.
