Product was great and dispatched promptly. However box arrived with a large puncture in it, and was delivered early, dropped outside the building and the signature was fabricated by courier.

Unlike other companies that describe the items in stock just to take your money and then no goods arrive because they have no stock and keep you waiting for weeks with the same excuse. I have bought from a number of internet tool companies over recent years, but when I needed a new impact driver the Alan Wadkins website caught my eye. I was not disappointed. The provision of an effective next day service indicates a company that cares about serving their customers well and the item arrived well-packed. A particular bonus was the provision of a copy of the owner's manual which you don't always get with barebones tools.

The web site has a large selection of tooling available, and was easy to find the equipment which was right for my need. The prices were very competitive and with the savings I made, I have plans to purchase further equipment from this trader. The equipment I ordered was well packed, delivered quickly and is free over a specified price level - what more could you want. BRILLIANT !!!!

Bought Bosch GST90BE Pendulum Action jigsaw + 25 blades 240v. It was the lowest price that I could find, the machine cuts really smooth; has bags of power and is easy to use. For the price I expected a higher quality base-plate, the one supplied is black paint; looks cheap to me and soured the deal somewhat. I have not complained to A Wadkins and would buy from them again

One day delivery, and several emails with update from the time you purchase the item to the exact time of delivery. That is excellent service, the product was delivered well packed and in full working order.

I Purchased on line and soon had a confirmation. I was then kept informed of the progress of my order, until I then had the email from the delivery company who use the ''Predict'' service which sends a text to say which day, then on the day of delivery, they send another text telling you the driver's name and a one hour slot in which it will be delivered. You can even track the delivery van on-line. ITEM TURNED UP BANG ON TIME!
