Ordered a new router and the base supplied was faulty out of the box from the manufacturer. Emailed Alan Wadkins Ltd who arranged collection from my house and then delivered a new base within 48hrs. Excellent service.

I ordered 4 Hozelock growbag waterers at 14:30 and received them by 11:00 the next morning. E-mails confirming the order, despatch , delivery company and a tracking number came within an hour of me placing the order. Only problem was the tracking number on FedEx wasn't recognised - but the goods had arrived before I had time to chase that up. Very satisfied and will use again.
