Package arrived on time. Would have been good to get some kind of notification or package tracking like some other gift basket services provide

Hamper was delivered last week instead of today 29th December 2021, as instructed. Reason for choosing the Hamper to be delivered at a specific date was that the receiver (my brother & family) would be home to receive it. Spoke with my brother today who said his neighbour collected the Hamper that was left under the patio in heat. All the chocolates were melted. Very disappointing and an unhappy customer. Also there was no notification when goods had been delivered.

You never delivered my order. Are you a scam site that I got scammed with. I will wait until you open on the 10th Jan to call you before I take this matter further. Do not use this site.
