I paid extra to have it delivered on a specific date and it didn’t arrive. 3 working days later and it still hasn’t, and 3 emails I’ve sent requesting information have not been responded to.

The online process was simple and easy to do, but you cross you fingers and hope it gets delivered. I would have rated it higher if they provided a link to track delivery, instead of just receiving a notice that it was delivered.

I love the product offering and the quailty, however not receiving tracking details or at the very least a "shipped" email, has made my experience problematic everytime I've used the service. Both as a sender and reciever of B&P. Would love to continue to purchase from you, but please look at adding a tracking service to your customer experience.

Everything was perfect delivery and service The only issue I had was the card I’d carefully worded for my Dads 80th included in the cost of the Henschke wine and Riedel Glasses was missing !
