Ordered a hamper for a valued supplier who had gone above and beyond for us during the year. Order was via Dan Murphys website to be delivered direct from Bockers & Pony. Order was placed 15 Dec which was prior to cut off date. Received an email Christmas eve to advise delivery wouldn't be made and the order was cancelled. A call to DM's confirmed B&P ran out of stock. Too late to make other arrangements and the gesture was lost. Not happy!

Not an easy web site to use but, after a call from Bockers & Pony it was quickly sorted which was great. Suggest you have another look at your website to make it easier to use e.g. the date we want it delivered (I would not know you need to change the date) & I now know you have to put the unit number separately.

Good product fast delivery

The hamper- Scotch, chocolate etc- was sent interstate for an 80th birthday. The recipient was very impressed and spoke warmly of the quality and freshness of the produce. It was delivered promptly and in excellent condition.
