The delivery was made out to me, even though it was for my wife. My wife thought I had a parcel arrive and not for her, that ruined the surprise.

The system works very well. I've used B & P for years now and I always find a quality gift received at the other end! My clients are all round Australia so being able to rely on a quality gift so well presented takes the hard work out of it for me.
