Fantastic service and beautiful products

I ordered a luxury hamper from London for my best friend in Sydney for her birthday. She LOVED it and said all the products were good quality. Even better was the delivery customer service though. They called her to arrange a time suitable for her and then changed the delivery address to her work so the package arrived promptly with no hassle to her at all.

While there was an issue with the delivery of my order because of a slack courier, Daniella could not have been more helpful in rectifying the problems this caused. Her follow up and customer service made the difference.

Prompt and efficient and high quality hampers

I sent this to my mother for Mother's Day. She loved it, quality was great, she said 'it looked expensive' (marks for me !) and it was her first taste of Moet. It was delivered on time and she loved it. That's the important part.

Requested a Friday delivery but instead got the package on Wednesday which ruined the Mother's day surprise!

Wonderful customer service team. I telephoned to ask if the package could be delivered before noon. They were super helpful and contacted dispatch to see if it was possible. My package arrived by 9am and the recipient was super pleased with the quality of the contents. A great service with quality products and packages! Highly recommended.
