I ordered a safe for home and it was fitted within a few days exactly as I wanted. The fitters were very efficient and cleaned up everything. Would definitely recommend you to use these guys.

I placed an order for a replacement locker key and heard nothing for a while. I then sent an email to the company but received no response. After waiting for almost 2 weeks I then rang the company to query this and was told they don’t actually do the key so I then requested a refund. I feel they should have contacted me once they knew they couldn’t provide the service and processed a refund straight away instead of waiting for me to contact them as I wonder if they wouldn’t have bothered had I not requested the refund.

Excellent customer service when I originally telephoned to enquire about products through to placing the order. The person I dealt with on the phone to follow up regarding delivery was very helpful. My only criticism is directed towards the delivery driver who was quite angry and rude when he arrived and his demeanour was not what I expected from the previous level of service.

Good products, extremely helpful when I required additional items that didn't conform to the website packages, responsive when I queried the delay in delivery. Only deducted a star because they were not proactive in informing about supply chain delays (delays beyond their control - but felt they could have kept customers in the information loop).

After delivery we had an issue with fixing the archway locker together but thank you very much to Stuart Jardine for sorting this out for me, very much appreciated, he could not have been more helpful. Our Ladies Locker Room looks fabulous after our refurbishment and your modern lockers finish it off perfectly. Stuart was really helpful in helping me decide what would be best for my needs and kept in touch with other options until I decided. Even offering some bespoke pieces to fit what I needed. All items were delivered and were perfect for what I needed them for.

Ordered an item and paid for it online. Then CSS rang to say the item was out of stock and would not be available until February. Initially no apology. Had to ask for an apology. No offer of a future discount for wasting my time (they shouldn’t take payment for items they cannot fulfill). Really disappointed as the price point was good. Now I know why. You really do get what you pay for.

The price was competitive, the quality of the bespoke units is excellent and the installation team were friendly, professional and helped us through difficulties with access. I would recommend them to anyone.

We ordered a number of anti bac units for our school to assist with additional hygiene requirements required under Covid Secure guidance. The units were quickly designed as we wanted them, and within 5 days from ordering they had arrived. Strong, sturdy units, that our children with special needs can easily use.
