I ordered a replacement locker key (to replace an original that snapped off) from Csstorage. It arrived in the next day's post. I discovered that I had mistakenly ordered the incorrect key number (my fault). I telephoned them, it was answered promptly, and explained what happened to ensure that my next order would be correct. David, of Csstorage, asked me to send them a photo of the broken key. They kindly and unexpectedly sent me the appropriate key at no extra cost to me. Fantastic service indeed.
