Sent a drawing and instructions for 2 bespoke cabinets and the finished goods are perfect, just what we were looking for. So gets 5 stars. Ordering process could be better though. 1st order never got processed and we didn't know that until we chased our initial order. Need to work on keeping the customer up to date with how the order is progressing and when the final order will be delivered. Would use again.

Was recommended the site and required a lost cabinet key. The key was not listed on the site so I used the online chat service and a helpful gentlemen said that the key could be made and would track the order. The delivery was prompt and the service was excellent.

Delivery when said it would arrive. Excellent product. My only gripe is I was advised it could arrive on one of two days. The driver phoned one hour before arrival. But it would have been nice to know exactly which day it would be delivered.
