As always I get a good service from kite, it's a shame the delivery service they use does not meet the same standards, The delivery did not arrive on day stated in their email and the package arrived damaged. This was the reason I did not give 5 stars.

Quick and efficient service with a nice quality product

My company EMS - RH19 3bj established in 1982 used Kite Packaging for many years and found the people I spoke to always extremely polite and helpful and products good. A change of bookkeeper meant that we did not pay a bill on time and our account was blocked insisting on issuing a proforma invoice which is not very convenient as our bookkeeper handling such accounts is not in every day. I was not allowed to pay by card when placing an order and liked speaking to your sales staff who were ALWAYS polite and knowledgeable. I do not want to waste my time going on line and picking products and then paying by card so I will use your company until I find a good alternative maybe "Challenge Packaging" but again time consuming to find out all their codes etc. but am led to believe they are helpful. I appreciate we have to be mindful of bad debts but this late payment was a one off after many years of trading with you and liking your products.

I’ve had multiple issues with Kite Packing’s deliveries, and I can no longer overlook them. On several occasions, my orders have arrived in damaged boxes, which reflects poorly on a company that specializes in packing supplies. Last year, I ordered a heat sealer, and it arrived broken. I had to wait a few extra days for a replacement, which was frustrating. More recently, I ordered labels, and they came in a messy condition. The rolls were opened, and the packaging was incredibly subpar—packed in a box at least four sizes too big, with no padding or bubble wrap to protect the contents. The labels were damaged as a result. As a packaging supplier, Kite Packing should know the importance of proper, protective packaging. It’s disappointing to see such poor quality in the packing of the items, especially when this company is supposed to be an expert in this field. I expected better service and will be hesitant to order from them again.
