I found your web site easy to use, especially showing metric and imperial sizes.I received confirmation of my order. I rang to see if it was in stock, as I needed it urgently. Got through on the phone straightaway, no queue. The assistant was able to quickly verify that the items were in stock and being picked for despatch. I received the parcel the next day. Kite Mailers can be significantly smaller than the advertised size. I'm now stuck with 50 padded envelopes that don't fit my products. Stick to Jiffy.

Driver arrived before 8. Threw package onto ground in front of door.Did not knock or use camera bell. Forged my signature with scribble. Did not take any notice of a sign which states deliveries to side door please. My front door is close to the footpath and parcel could have been taken by a passer by. It was found by my carer one hour later. Box was damp from light rain. I am 88 years old and in a wheelchair. Not very happy with your service to a new customer. Contents were in a good condition.

Sorted out my delivery issue quickly and refunded my next day delivery. Issue was a delivery company error, not Kite

I've been disappointed with this company's service for some time now. Unless you pay £20 for express delivery, orders take an unreasonably long time to process. The service used to be much better, but unfortunately, it has consistently gone downhill recently

The 305x239x152 internally sized boxes are not so, the smallest measurement is more like 160mm. As a result these boxes are a few mm over the Royal Mail small box size, resulting in a price increase of £2.20 on postage PER PARCEL. This seems a ludicrous oversight on the part of a company who sell boxes to customers who are highly likely to want to use them for postage, especially when it’s only for the sake of a few mm, and if the boxes were sized as stated they would be more likely to be ok.

Delivery was fairly quick. Boxes are always top quality, but prices are slowly increasing. Kite packaging is the best for boxes and brown acrylic tape. Please make a separate product listing for 500mm x 100m bubble wrap because we do not need 3 rolls at a time. Currently I am buying bubble wrap from Amazon for around £9.50 including VAT and delivery, but I would prefer to shop with you if the price is fair.

I bought paper bubble dispenser from Kite packaging. It was my very first purchase and I was quite impressed with quality of service and quality of the product. The package was delivered very fast, the paper roll is in a sturdy box with serrated edge on one side for easy tearing, which is extremely useful. The paper is thick and just perfect for wrapping my glass artworks. Probably the only downside is the slight odour of the paper possibly due to its recycled material which is not a problem to me but my customers might not like it when they receive their products. I hope they will do something about it with their future productions (maybe add some scents?). I will, however, purchase this same product from them again and I do highly recommend them. Thank you!

ABSOLUTELY MIND BLOWINGLY STUPID I ordered paper bags - brilliant. BUT they arrived in acres of clingfilm packaging - DUH????? Any thoughts about the environment guys ??
