Delivery person was polite and sociable, placed the tank exactly where we wanted it.

Was kept in touch with delivery date and time, even when running late I was notified. Would suggest wrapping tanks in cling film or a layer of bubble wrap as ours did arrive with small scratch on one side that wasn’t noticed until set up. Otherwise happy with service.

Have not set the tank up yet, but appears to be perfect for my needs, delivery was better than excellent, on time and incredibly polite and helpful.

Website is so easy to navigate the prices are unbeatable. Really quick response from the company and great communication regarding delivery. Couldn't ask for any better service. I bought a 4ft aquarium with led lid comes with a free mat to put tank on for safety. Delivery was quick and on time. delivery guy was friendly and helpful brought the tank up steps in to the house. The aquarium is amazing... 8mm glass heavy but very sturdy and it is so clear. I will be looking to buy a 3ft aquarium in the near future and will certainly buy from MB STORES again.

Good tank, appears to be well made, reasons not a 5 star the front glass brace is not level and the mat perhaps should be made a little bigger. I would suggest 0.5 cm play in both directions to make it easier to fit the tank on the mat. But all in all really pleased, hopefully this will last me a long time.

Great team! Great prices friendly staff, spot on delivery. Small issue on the day, team discovered the lids had been damaged before setting off for delivery. Were very up front about it and arranged to have them delivered separately. Delivery team arrived exactly when they said they would, helped maneuver the aquariums inside. Aquariums are immaculate and superb quality, Couldnt ask for more - thank you!! 10/10

Note: I have not yet set up the aquarium so this review focuses mainly on the ordering and delivery process. I found their website initially while looking for aquariums through Amazon, the product had great reviews and seemed very reasonably priced, I checked their website and found that it could be purchased slightly cheaper directly from them. The website gave a clear delivery window before purchase. Purchasing was easy and secure. Two days before the window I received an email giving a three hour time slot. The aquarium was then delivered in the time slot provided, the driver was very polite and even offered to take it up the stairs, which is going the extra mile. The aquarium looks to be high quality and even came with a protective mat. All in all a very easy and stress free process and I will definitely use MB Store again if I am looking to buy another aquarium

Just simply a top quality product of a fish tank. In addition the delivery service was excellent.

My 240L tank arrived on time as promised. Paul the company’s own delivery driver pointed out that the tank had some damage, & returned to the van to look for another identical tank. There was another which was great . I was really impressed with his honesty & how helpful he was instantly resolving the problem, this would not have been resolved so easily with an independent courier company . I set up this huge tank, it’s a fabulous quality, heavy tank & heavy strong stand with tank mat provided. To date it’s watertight & our 3 Axolotls are loving their upgrade. Thoroughly recommend the company & tank with special thanks to Paul.

Great tank; really top quality, I just wish I had the space for another. Really pleased with my purchase; the whole process was very smooth with no issues. Delivery was made within the notified time slot and without any issues; driver even helped get the tank into the required room rather than just leaving at the door, great service. I originally emailed over a question and was answered very quickly. I then ordered a 250lt tank. It was delivered within a week, 2 hours early on the specified day, even with the snow issues. Very impressed. Not set up yet, but looks a good quality. Would recommend
