Pay any other online ticket agent something extra but don't book a ticket with Vayama. I will never do business with Vayama again. Won't recommend. There should be a negative 5 rating for them

United States | 15 April 2021This is the most terrible travel experience I have ever had. After my flight was canceled due to Covid in May 2020 I was told I would receive a refund. Nearly one year later .... no refund....same lame explanation blaming it on Turkish Air. Today I receive notice that for my $1300 ticket I am only entitled to a refund of $485! All of the ridiculous fees they deducted are criminal and basically theft. Still no refund even of the lower amount. STAY AWAY FROM VAYAMA

United States | 13 April 2021Vayama never provided my 3 return tickets and 9 months after, I still did not get a refund. Vayama keeps sending the same email over and over. Basically, it is not their fault of course (covid, airlines...)...But they took my money and NEVER helped me to solve this issue. Vayama never again!

United States | 10 April 2021Same story as all the reviews prior to mine...flight canceled, no refund, open date ticket offered by airlines (not Vayama, I had to do all the work myself). Trying to re-book and these scambags are trying to charge me more than a new ticket all together along with ridiculous fees. Although by policy there are no fees. Hope to see them sued. Some people work for living , some steal. Liars. Every agent you will get in touch with will tell you different things. Hope they fail miserably and go out of business. Broke.

France | 03 April 2021I bought a ticket in march 2020 with a refund option. I asked for a refund 3 days later after the purchase because of the coronovarius. I had no answer from them for months. Few weeks ago, I decided to ask for a refund. They finally decided to answer, and told me that they couldnt refund my ticket because the booking detail has been erased from their system. So I sent them the screenshots of my booking, and still couldnt be able to get my money back. 600 dollars. I was a broke student, ( I told them in my mails), but still, they decided to steal my money.

United States | 02 April 2021Por la pandemia no pude utilizar los tiquetes, llame, envie e mails para un voucher o reembolso del dinero y siempre me decian que ellos no podian solucionarme que debia hacerlo por la pagina de la arerolinea, al entrar a la pagina me decia que el numero de reserva no coincidia, les escribi nuevamente y me dicen que contactar directamente con la aerolinea, hablo con la aerolinea y me dicen que Vayama sabe los protocolos para devolucion de dinero o voucher y asi me han tenido mas de 6 meses, al final me dijeron que la aerolinea solo autorizo devolver 90 dolares de 601.69 dolares que les pague, que iban a hacer la solicitud a la aerolinea y no he recibido nada. Es la unica empresa con la que tuve inconvenientes, las otras hicieron el reembolso o me dieron voucher sin ningun inconveniente

Me cambiaron unilateralmente la hora de salida del vuelo y le adicionaron una escala, sin previo aviso, perjudicándome esto porque ya tenía un itinerario planeado en Cartagena. En Viva Air dicen que toca comunicarse con VAYAMA, pero estos no tienen teléfono, ni oficinas, no hay servicio al cliente.

Colombia | 28 March 2021Hace 10 días compré un vuelo para 3 personas y no llegó correo de confirmación ni los tiquetes de avión de la supuesta reserva número VCO-1835522 Al crear una cuenta e iniciar sesión la página dice "Este viaje se ha cancelado". El asistente automático "Travis" nos dice "No hay ninguna actualización de reembolso asociada a este número de reserva". Ya pasaron 10 días y no me han devuelto el dinero. Agradezco me respondan lo más pronto posible.

United States | 25 March 2021Worst travel agency ever. I had a flight in 2020 March to Europe what I had to cancel, and till today I never received my refund. They always tell me an excuse that they haven't receive the refund from the airline, then next they said they received the refund, then they haven't received the refund. They told me again in December that they received the refund and I should receive it in the next 10 days. This was 3 months ago. I call them every 2-3 weeks and they always say the same, sometimes they say that they can't find my information in the system and ask me to hold for a minute then they hang up the phone. I was patient for a year, because I understand that this is difficult time for any traveling related companies but they are clearly just making excuses and not willing to pay my money back. I filed a complaint through the US Department of Transportation, and just hope they can help. I would give 0 rating if I could. I got my money back within one week after submitting my complaint to the US Department of Transportation.

Peru | 23 March 2021Realice una compra y se me ocurrió comprar el equipaje de bodega con VAYAMA, sin embargo nunca compraron ese servicio a la aerolínea, llame a LATAM y me dice que no figura. Pero VAYAMA se escuda diciendo que en su página de ellos si esta la compra. Ya mande captura de imagen de lo que tiene la aerolínea y nada responden. Si compran con está agencia, nunca compren servicios adicionales, para las personas que nunca les llega la reserva les sugiero que para la próxima sino les llega inmediato el correo de la compra llamen a su Banco diciendo que no reconocen esa operación así el Banco no les paga. Si alguien conoce el número de teléfono de esta agencia pasen por favor. Gracias

Canada | 13 March 2021DO NOT BUY THROUGH VAYAMA. Would give this a zero rating if possible. My flight got cancelled due to the pandemic and I have been waiting for a refund for months. Called Porter Airlines and they have confirmed that they have refunded Vayama MY money. However, Vayama is consistently making excuses like the refund isn't going through. They refuse to send a check via mail or even provide a valid error message to see why the refund isn't being processed. Now I see I am not the only one. They seem to have pocketed quite a few clients' money during this already difficult time! Shame !

As many others have seen, no one wants to take responsibility and the fight for a refund continues. It seems they didn't even request a refund in the first place!
